- A late-era gold top from Gibson Custom’s Limited Edition Collection, boasting specs unavailable on off-the-shelf models
- 1-piece mahogany body topped with a 2-piece maple cap to deliver prodigious sustain
- Mahogany neck shaped into a 1950s Chunky D-shaped profile to fill out your palm, fitted to the body with an old-school long tenon
- Bound rosewood neck topped off with aged trapezoid inlays and narrow-tall frets
- Underwound Custombucker Alnico III pickups replicate the original PAF sound with a sweeter, more dynamic voice
- Period-correct hardware includes a rock-solid ABR-1 bridge, stopbar tailpiece, and Kluson Deluxe tuning machines
- Nitro lacquer finish, aged to perfection by the Murphy Lab program
